As a growing brand, we currently follow a no return policy. However, we are committed to ensuring a fair and smooth experience, and we do support exchanges in case of genuine defects.

Eligibility for Exchange
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- With original tags intact
- An unboxing video is mandatory as proof
- Clear images/videos of the defect must be shared
What qualifies as a defect
- Major stitching issues
- Fabric damage (tear/hole)
- Incorrect product received
What is not considered a defect
- Minor thread variations
- Slight color differences due to lighting/screen
- Size or fit issues
Exchange Process
- Once approved, reverse pickup will be arranged
- Replacement will be shipped after quality check
Shipping Charges
- For confirmed defects, we will bear all shipping costs
